explore shopping ships to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, after any discounts or promotions are applied. Gift cards do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@exploreshopping.info We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date for most items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
