We offer a 60-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods, digital products, and gift cards are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

explore shopping ships to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, after any discounts or promotions are applied. Gift cards do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@exploreshopping.info We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date for most items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at returns@exploreshopping.info with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our fulfillment error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order on our site.
